About the Chef:
Chef Mark O’Brien, a graduate from the Art Institute of Wisconsin, followed his passion for food as a second career following a health scare five years ago. He’s customized the menu with his creations, all made from scratch with fresh ingredients. His favorite dishes include Madagascar Style Prawns, Salt & Pepper Calamari, Chicken Cavatappi with Black Truffle, Roasted Beet Salad and sides such as cauliflower mash, brussel sprouts with bacon and garlic and creamed spinach. He also expresses his creativity with his homemade desserts which often incorporate libations from the bar. He admits to perfectionist tendencies and is always trying new flavor combinations to keep the menu fresh and interesting.
