About the Owners:
Ki’Myron is a graduate of Gateway Technical College’s Culinary Arts program and cousin Dionte has been in food-service his entire working life. They credit their grandmother, Betty Bonner (who was originally from Columbus, Mississippi), with teaching them how to cook with a southern influence. Her recipes and methods form the basis of many items on the menu. She still lives in the Racine area and has given her approval to what comes out of the kitchen. The cousins are proud of starting early in the morning, making almost everything from scratch (including biscuits and gravy), and using only the highest quality and freshest ingredients.
