About the Staff:
Taivalkoski says the staff is the best feature of all, “They’re really a great team.” One of the bartenders, Mike, appreciates how the staff really works together to help each other out. Rolene, another bartender “loves the atmosphere and the cleanliness.” Bartender Erin added that they are very accommodating to their customers, allowing special requests or menu changes whenever possible. “We have a great group of regulars from the neighborhood and we really appreciate them,” she said. She added that all the cocktails are hand-crafted with fresh juices and homemade simple syrups, not pre-made mixes. “Cookie” (the cook), says that all the food is made with love and she does her best to accommodate special requests as she loves her clientèle and wants them to keep coming back.
